Registration fees
♦ Registration fees with accommodation for participants include:
- access to all sessions
- hotel accommodation (Quinta da Seara, Palmeira de Faro) from Sunday, April 21st (evening) through Friday, April 26th (morning), 2013
- tea and coffee breaks, breakfasts, lunches and dinners from Sunday, April 21st (evening) through Friday, April 26th (morning)
- the mid-meeting excursion
- the welcome reception
- a farewell dinner
- the Book of Abstracts
♦ Registration fees without accommodation for participants include all the above with the exception of hotel accommodation: 100 euros.
♦ Registration fees for the optional 2 days course on earthworm taxonomy (April 27th and 28th), including one night accommodation in Category D, meals and coffee/tea breaks: 100 euros. Additional night: 15 euros. Minimum of 10 participants. Maximum of 25 participants.
♦ The registration fees do not include the optional post-conference field trip (one day; programme not known yet; price 70 euros) that can be paid at the beginning of the conference.
Proceedings:
We are currently discussing the printing costs of the Proceedings book with different publishers. We do hope that we will be able to offer the Proceedings free to all delegates of the 6th IOTM.
For scientists who do not participate in the conference but would like to publish articles in the Proceedings (Advances in Earthworm Taxonomy), the fee is 100 euros per standard article (see Instructions for Authors). The abstract will be published in the Book of Abstracts and the first author will receive a free copy of the Proceedings.

Registration type
Four categories are available for your accommodation:
- Category A: Single room with shower and toilet
- Category B: One single bed in two-bed room with shower and toilet
- Category C: One single bed in four-bed apartment with shower and toilet
- Category D: One single bed in large common room - fully equipped (several showers and toilets on the same floor) - one "camarata" for ladies and one for gentlemen.

N.B.- The choice for a specific room category depends on the availability. The earlier you register, the more chance you have to get the room type you wish.
Refunds/cancellations:
Cancellations must be received in writing (e-mail) not later than March 20, 2013 for a refund less EUR 100.- processing fee.

Pro forma invoice
If you require a pro forma invoice, please send us an e-mail giving us following information: your first name and family name, your address, the name and address of the institution concerned. The pro forma invoice will be sent to you via e-mail as an electronically signed pdf-file.
Receipts
After receipt of your payment, we will confirm your registration via e-mail. An offical receipt will be handed over to you at the Meeting.
